Competent Court of Jurisdiction
The applicable court of Japan shall have the exclusive international jurisdiction over any and all disputes between ASCVTS and the Site user or a third party in relation to the Site, and the applicable district court of Japan shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any and all such disputes.

ASCVTS may, without prior notice, alter or delete any of the contents and URLs that are available on the Site, and it may alter this Site Policy without prior notice. You are required to acknowledge and agree in advance that, in the event of any alteration being made to the terms and conditions of use that are set forth in the provisions of this Site Policy, you shall obey the altered terms and conditions of use.
